Call scenarios

A conversation. A useful record. A clear next step.

See how different requests can become information your team can act on. These are illustrative examples, not customer case studies or recordings.

01 / Auto repair

Appointment request

The team reviews the requested time and confirms availability with Alex.

What stays with your team

A requested time is not a confirmed booking. Scheduling requires a supported plan and saved availability.

When a request needs a person.

Configure what the receptionist may answer, when to collect a message and where a supported live transfer should go. Call records help your team review requests that need follow-up. A transfer attempt is not a guarantee that someone answers.

Call coverage, transfers and scheduling depend on your plan and saved configuration. Lite covers business hours, not 24/7 answering.

Connections, without the guesswork.

Google Calendar supports appointment sync and dashboard/public booking availability; voice calls do not read Google availability. Fresha and Booksy are booking links. CRM webhooks require a supported plan and configured destination. Voice forwarding does not forward SMS.
