Minutes are calculated using connected AI call time. Unused minutes do not roll over. Usage above included minutes is handled under your plan terms; automatic overage billing is not currently enabled. International calling, premium integrations, carrier fees, and transferred call time may incur additional charges. Overage minutes appear on your next monthly invoice.
Each connected number has its own receptionist, greeting and call records. Choose Ivy or Leo, and forward an existing business line using the dashboard’s guided steps. More receptionists require the appropriate plan. Voice forwarding does not forward SMS; texting needs separate provisioning and Callenova confirmation.
All plans are billed in USD. Your bank may convert the amount at its exchange rate and add foreign transaction fees. Applicable GST/HST and QST are calculated at checkout using your business address.
