Voice choices

Meet Ivy and Leo.

Choose the tone of your receptionist, then make it your own with a name, greeting and approved business knowledge. A voice choice is not a separate specialist or an additional receptionist.

01 · Warm & welcoming

Ivy

Warm, polished, empathetic, professional

Try a demo call with Ivy

Ivy greets callers with a calm, welcoming tone. She listens carefully, confirms details, and keeps conversations moving toward a clear next step.

02 · Steady & conversational

Leo

Confident, calm, conversational, professional

Try a demo call with Leo

A steady, straightforward voice built for sales conversations and service calls. He asks one question at a time and confirms the details that matter.

Voice is the starting point

Same business rules. Your chosen delivery.

Ivy and Leo can use the same approved knowledge, intake questions and escalation instructions. Choose a voice for its tone, not a claim of medical, legal or technical expertise.

Make it your receptionist

Name, greeting, boundaries.

Set the public-facing receptionist name, how it identifies itself and which questions it can answer. Confirm names, numbers and requested times rather than assuming them.

Review before activation

Listen to a realistic test call.

Check the greeting, an ordinary request, an unknown question and a request for a person. Review the captured details and summary before forwarding customer calls.

Before the first customer call

Give it your playbook.

Choose the voice, save your business identity and greeting, add approved knowledge and define the fallback for unanswered questions. Your plan limits receptionist configurations—not the number of voice choices.

Complete activation and test your greeting, intake and fallback. Verify forwarding with your carrier; voice forwarding does not forward texts.

Review setup

Know where people take over.

Voice personality does not change plan entitlements or guarantee a result. Never collect full payment-card details in conversation or give medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Outbound campaigns and automated follow-ups are not self-serve features.

Lite covers configured business hours. Starter and Growth include 24/7 inbound answering; scheduling requires a supported plan. Lite takes messages and does not transfer; transfers go only to numbers you set. If a person is unavailable, capture a callback request; do not promise an immediate response.
